I
have recently ordered a new pair of shoes (item #179) from your
website on March 9th. I received the order on 14th. Unfortunately,
when I opened it, I saw that the shoes were used. The Shoes had dirt
all over it and there was a small tear in front of the part where the
left toe would go. My order number is 17ml.
To
resolve the problem, I would like you to crdit my account for the
amount charged for my shoes. I have already went out and bought a new
pair of shoes at my local shoes store so sending another would result
in me havong two pairs of the same shoes.
